Service Description
A complete workout: a full hour of physical activity set to energising music, in a welcoming and upbeat environment. The different training phases — warm-up, cardio work, strength training, active recovery, and stretching — are carefully linked to optimise energy use. The pleasure of movement: follow the instructor's guidance and move in sync with the music. You can book this activity for the 8 sessions of the term, or get an 8-session card that can be used over several terms.
