About the event
This year Tūhura Otago Museum will host the New Caledonia Film Festival, as opart of the New Calediona Season.
Screened in their original French and/or Kanak languages with English subtitles, each film features a video interview with its director, in which they share the vision behind their work.
This annual film festival showcases New Caledonia's best fiction short films of the year and is brought to you by the Alliance Francaise network in New Zealand. It is part of a wider calendar of events celebrating New Caledonia's art and culture.
Free but bookings (on the Otago museum website) are required.
