 Public Notice for Annual General Meeting & Beaujolais Nouveau 2017

Thursday 16 November at 6:30pm
(AGM start 7pm) at 15 Bond Street

Come be the first to taste this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau. First glass for members is FREE.  Gold coin donation for non-members or subsequent glasses.

This will be followed by our Annual General Meeting. Please send your nominations for:

Officers:

  • President
  • Vice-president
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer

Committee Members:

  • up to 7 members

Nominations must be in the hands of the Secretary by Monday 13 November 5pm with the names of 2 nominators (who must be members of the Alliance Francaise Dunedin) and the assent of the nominee.

AF Dunedin at the Vogel Street Party

We’re very excited that our application to take part in the Vogel Street Party celebrations on Saturday, October 14th has been accepted :-). We hope to see many of you there between 3 and 5pm!

We will be offering FREE pop-up French classes and entertain you with French Cancan!

If you can help us with the pop-up French classes, or if you’d like to help on the day just talking to people about what we do, or dancing the cancan with us, contact us at info@afdunedin.org.nz. For the Cancan, we are on the lookout for suitable long skirts, let us know if you have some!

You are warmly invited to attend the official launch ofFAST!. This one-day workshop will develop a strategy so that FASTcan play a pivotal role in expanding the collaboration in Science and Technology between the two countries. The day will include keynote addresses, poster sessions from successful past and present collaborative projects, and will conclude with FAST!‘s first Annual General Meeting.
Workshop is free and in English.
