Public Notice for Annual General Meeting & Beaujolais Nouveau 2017
Thursday 16 November at 6:30pm
(AGM start 7pm) at 15 Bond Street
Come be the first to taste this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau. First glass for members is FREE. Gold coin donation for non-members or subsequent glasses.
This will be followed by our Annual General Meeting. Last chance to send your nominations for:
Officers:
- President
- Vice-president
- Secretary
- Treasurer
Committee Members:
- up to 7 members
Nominations must be in the hands of the Secretary by Monday 13 November 5pm with the names of 2 nominators (who must be members of the Alliance Francaise Dunedin) and the assent of the nominee.
